LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY "INKOKU – LEGENDS OF INK POKER DECK"

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

This giveaway is organized by INKOKU, with registered address at Gregorio Marañón 2, Torremolinos, Málaga.

2. PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY

The purpose of the giveaway is to promote the launch campaign of Legends of Ink on Kickstarter through the official Instagram account @inkoku_design.

3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND PARTICIPANTS

The giveaway is international, and all individuals over 18 years of age who meet the requirements established in these terms may participate.

4. START AND END DATES

The giveaway will begin on 18/08/2025 and end on 14/09/2025 at 11:59 PM (Spanish peninsular time).
The winner will be announced once the Kickstarter campaign has been successfully funded, in any case no later than 16/10/2025, via Instagram Stories on the account @inkoku_design.

5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the giveaway, users must:

• Follow the Instagram account @inkoku_design

• Activate the launch notification on the Kickstarter page of Legends of Ink (link in bio or in the giveaway post)

• Comment by mentioning 2 friends (maximum 3 entries per person)

• Sharing the post on stories will be optional but recommended for greater reach

Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and does not require any purchase.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
For the prize to be valid, the Kickstarter campaign must be successfully completed.

6. PRIZE

The prize will consist of:

• 1 Legends of Ink playing card deck (Kickstarter edition)

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
Shipping will be free for the winner.

7. SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen randomly through an external platform such as Comment Picker or Sortea2.
It will be verified that the winner complies with all participation requirements. Otherwise, a new winner will be selected.

8. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The name of the winner will be published on Instagram Stories @inkoku_design, and they will be contacted via direct message.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be selected.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The personal data collected from the winner will be used exclusively to manage the delivery of the prize. They will not be stored in any file or shared with third parties.
By participating, entrants expressly consent to this limited use of their data.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the giveaway conditions in case of fraud, technical errors, or any other factor that could affect its integrity.
