Orders
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges will be applied and added at checkout. We offer discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.
For shipments within Europe, delivery is typically within 5 to 10 business days after the order has been shipped.
International shipments can take between 10 and 16 business days , depending on the destination.
You will receive all the details and tracking information in your confirmation email .
1) Custom-made products (Inkoku t-shirts)
Our t-shirts are produced on-demand .
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, taste or change of mind .
- Manufacturing or printing defects: If your t-shirt has a defect, we will replace it free of charge.
- How to apply: Send an email to hello@inkokudesing.com within 15 calendar days of receipt, attaching:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the defect (front, detail and label)
- Brief description of the problem
After reviewing the evidence, we'll confirm the replacement. If we're out of stock, we'll issue a refund.
2) Legends of Ink Collection (Playing Cards, A5 sheets, stickers and similar)
We accept returns in this category under these conditions:
- For personal preference or change of mind: the customer assumes the return shipping costs .
- For defects or damage: We will review the case and, if confirmed, we will send a replacement free of charge (or refund if out of stock).
How to request it: write to hello@inkokudesing.com within 7 calendar days of receipt, indicating:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product and packaging photos
We will respond with instructions and a shipping address (in case of physical return).
General conditions
- Items must be returned unused , in their original packaging and with all accessories included (protected sheets, prints without signs of use, etc.).
- Returns with signs of tampering, use, stains, or damage unrelated to manufacturing/shipping will not be accepted.
- We recommend shipping with a tracking number ; until we receive the package, the responsibility lies with the sender.
- Once received and verified, we will proceed with a replacement or refund (as applicable).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns due to preference/change of mind.
Damage during transport
If your order arrived damaged, please notify hello@inkokudesing.com within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos of the exterior and interior packaging and the product . We will process the incident with the agency and send you a replacement.
